This is general operational information, not a project-specific data-processing agreement. It requires confirmation against the production provider list and each client engagement. Last updated: 14 July 2026.
Our operating model
Dada Automates is not a proprietary client-data platform. We do not move a client’s operational data into a proprietary Dada Automates platform. Automations are built around approved systems, which remain the source of truth. Where approved third-party infrastructure is required, the data flow, permissions and retention arrangements are documented before deployment.
Project-specific data flows
Each project may involve different systems, data categories, owners and risks. Before production use, the proposed flow should identify what information moves, why it is needed, which systems process it, who can access it, how exceptions are handled and how long relevant records are retained.
Subprocessor categories
Approved subprocessors vary by project. Categories may include:
- Automation and integration infrastructure
- Email, calendar and productivity services
- Customer relationship and lead-management services
- Telephony and messaging providers
- Website hosting, security and form-routing providers
- AI model providers used for defined, controlled tasks
- Monitoring, logging and support tools
No category implies that every provider or data type is used in every project. A project-specific list should be supplied where required.
Access and controls
Least-privilege access is preferred. Credentials are not placed in public front-end code. AI access should be limited to approved data and defined workflow actions. Sensitive, unusual or high-impact cases should retain an appropriate human review or escalation point.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose, client system, legal requirements and signed agreement. Project documentation should identify relevant retention and deletion responsibilities rather than relying on a universal claim.
Agreements and requests
Where Dada Automates acts as a processor, appropriate data-processing terms may be agreed for the engagement. Questions or requests for project-specific information can be sent to info@dadaautomates.com.
