Information we collect
When you submit the free-audit form, we collect your name, company, work email, optional phone, primary challenge, optional context, timeframe and consent. When you submit a package-quote form, we collect your selected package, name, company, work email, optional phone, project summary, timeframe and consent.
Both forms record limited technical context such as the page URL, referrer, campaign parameters and when the form was started for routing, source understanding and proportionate abuse prevention. Do not include unnecessary personal, confidential or special-category information in either form.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to your request, clarify scope, prepare a quotation where appropriate, maintain proportionate business records and protect the service from misuse. The legal basis may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations.
Website assistant
The website provides an automated assistant that explains Dada Automates services, packages and the free automation audit. When a visitor submits a chat message, the message and limited recent conversation context are sent through a Netlify serverless function to an approved third-party AI model provider to generate a response.
The assistant is intended for general service information. Visitors should not enter confidential business information, passwords, authentication details, payment information, health information, government identifiers or other sensitive personal data in the chat.
The assistant does not collect contact details and is not the system of record for enquiries. Visitors who want Dada Automates to review a workflow should use the free-audit form; visitors requesting a package quotation should use the relevant package button and quote form.
Dada Automates does not intentionally maintain a separate database of assistant transcripts. Our hosting provider and approved AI model provider may process message and technical data under their applicable terms and service configurations.
Services and recipients involved
Enquiries may pass through our hosting provider, Make.com or another approved automation service, email or productivity providers, and an approved customer or lead-record system. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical information to operate and protect the site.
International transfers
Some approved providers may process information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where required, an appropriate transfer mechanism and provider safeguards should be assessed before production use.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting relationship, meet legal obligations, handle disputes and maintain security. We use proportionate measures including restricted access, server-side integration credentials, input validation and documented data flows. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
