Eligible implementation projects
The 90-day ROI commitment applies only where eligibility is confirmed in the project-specific signed proposal. Not every workflow or engagement will qualify.
Measure agreed before development
Before development begins, the signed proposal defines the baseline, measurable return, measurement method, production launch date and Dada Automates implementation fee covered by the commitment.
Project-specific return
The agreed return measure is tailored to the project. It may include administrative time saved, response-time improvement, fewer missed enquiries, increased completed follow-up, fewer processing steps, improved conversion or booking performance, or avoided operating cost.
90-day measurement period
The 90-day period begins at production launch. The parties use the measurement records and calculation method defined in the signed proposal.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide agreed access, accurate information, timely decisions and approvals, reasonable adoption and the records needed for measurement. Material changes to scope, systems, process, staffing, offers, advertising, customer demand or system usage require a revised measurement agreement where they affect the baseline or result.
Claims and refund
Claims follow the notification and review process in the signed proposal. If an eligible automation does not achieve the agreed measurable return within 90 days of production launch and the agreed conditions have been met, Dada Automates will refund 100% of the eligible implementation fee. Any refund is limited to the Dada Automates implementation fee expressly covered by the commitment.
Limits
The commitment does not create a general guarantee of a particular number of sales, customers or leads beyond the measure agreed in the proposal. It does not refund third-party software, hosting, advertising, telephony, API, model-usage, subscription, tax or ongoing-support costs.
